Wah seh, dem pissed with the system sia, now at least ok a little bit.... but still very zao gao.... Squash training dem fun lar! I love it man! Seniors rawks!! Oto my squash mates a little suck lar, or mayb a lot....

We went to the gym in SALT centre. Saw Xiao Qi there. He looked dem serious.... oto he smile at me! =)i did some weights for my hamstring lor.. still dem pain. saw mitch there... wah seh, he look dem cool lar! Javelin eh...
Sudden love for ..... LOL.

Then I go run 3.2 km. Shiok AR! Pace with senior man tong. Then my 1.6 km 6.32 sia! So happy! broke 7 min. Then just run lor.

I won. Tts all. I won SJI. yeah. We won. Yay! Eh, Guys be more enthu leh. haha. Nvm. We r into the finals! yahoo! but all the matches postponed due to h1n1. sad lor. But oso v gd. Can during class go out to compete. >.<

Check SMB todae. next week elearning! yay! one more week of extension. Love it. I seriously do. Then I can spam games like hell. haha. but still have to do hw larh. tts the sad part.

2dae go back home like the trip was the most unenjoyable one lor. First, the bus was dem crowded. I have to squeeze with nanyang girls which was not fun at all. then, I have to sit down @ one point of time cos l8r bus no space. tts the suay(unlucku) part.

The uncle beside me dem ****. Ppl accidentally step his foot oso must shout. Then quarrel quarrel lor. But he want to hit the person but accidentally hit me. How i wish I hit him back. =)But I didn't. Quarrel until dem heated then go interchange settle. I chiong take bus home ler larh.

OMG! It is dem dem fun de larh! Class outing rox! 1O3 rocks to the bottom of my heart.

Walao eh. So high seh. 2dae went to class outing. After I lost to SJI captain which I dun care. Class Outing better wat, hor? We go play soccer in the east coast park cage. wah. dem fun sia. Mr Yong oso got come.

At first, we break into two teams. Then, my team kena trashed. We scored 4 while the opponent score like ..... countless? I scored 2! >.< But all is the defender noob larh, I think. Yin Pin oso scored 2. But he go home v fast.

Then we break into three teams. I team with Wen Bin and Kuang Ian and Jarod and YONG RUI! LOL sia. Wen Bin v pro in soccer, Kuang Ian v pro in keeping, Jarod still alright but Yong rui is ..... ahem ahem, nvm. I so bad sia. I tired liao lo. So did not keep up with my form. So yala. Everyone not enthu ler.

then everyone go home liao. Left me and 7 others. play 5-3. Yong Rui in our team. We kena trashed. a lot to a little. Mr yong use some defensive tactis( play cheat one ) stop it. He hor, dem enthu, I get the ball, he started shouting," chin ann!" and started chionging TO me! I feel dem scared larh, his size u all noe larh, so he juz take the ball and dribble. \

haha. gd thing kuang ian's father fetch me home. Mom say I can stay in school for everyday to do homework with kuang ian. Yay!

Still dem ecstatic. 2moro final against SJI again. Not high ler. Feel dem shaky.

I won! Yahooooooooo!!! Feel damn happy. But my opponent girl leh. A v pro girl. I mean it. Pro-er than gareth lee kun ying. Hehe. n mayb kahwin. Won 3-2. Made some amazing shots. When I say amazing, it is simply amazing. cos I tink I like scgs courts better larh. more cooler, more small.

But the sad thing is the referee make me shake hand with the girl. Or should say the girl wanted to shake hand with me. I damn pai seh larh. Then gareth Lee started hooting and my face blushed like hell. Feel so stressed.

Overall, we draw. Not bad liao larh. I wish I can join the SSRA squash club. Not bad leh. I want to join. Loving it. HAHA. Later I went back to HCI play squash with gareth again( how many time have i say the person name?). Ok lor, nid to train my bosing cos my racket face is always closed from too much badminton. I hate HC squash courts. Not good one. v big and v dirty.

Neway, I did my math ACE and feels damn relaxing now. AHHHHHHH!

Ole Ole Ole Ole, Ole Ole Ole! I lost! My Team Lost! And I am happy! Hehe. Me vs defending champions at least never got trashed. Happy part.

Won the first set 11-5. Second set lost 13-11. Deuce eh. But I got 7 game points. I never take it. Cos my heel pain. Dun want run. Third set lost 11-9. Fourth set 11-x. X denotes how pro I am out of 10, which is 1. HEHE.

But at least the whole team lost. And I managed one set lor! Not like someone......, who lost to some guy so short in straight sets. I so bad. Ne way, I went for a search for chio bus, as ordered by mitch aka kanini, but I dun care larh. But SCGS quite pro in squash, not like RGS, damn damn noob. SCGS use left hand oso can win larh! Never mind, stop insulting RGS or else, ........... I kena bashed by those ppl. >.<

Dun tok squash liao larh. At least I go back can use the whole day's com. Oh ya! Wedding dinner! Wedding dinner ytd was ok, if not fun! I played PSP with my cousin and we were laughing like hell. Would post more. Got to ponder my tactics for 2moro. To skip match, cos heel pain. I am thinking bout ways to exaggerate it. Love it!

WOW! Squash training was like the most fun training I ever had? YEAH! It was absolutely fun! Hehe. I returned rallies with Mr Madi( assistant coach, the better one). Very fun sia. I keep on bosing. hehe. Make him stretch and stretch. haha.

2dae oso mainly in-game training. v v fun one! Then, senior man tong v funneh. Yan Hui go hit a drive with gareth in front, then he say," siao ar! want to kill ppl is it? Want to kill? kill me larh! wo bu xiang huo le( I dun want to live nemore)!" make me laugh like shit.

Hehe. I won the round-robin match. keep on smashing and smashing. My hamstring injury hao le. So happy.=)

Have to do cip again 2moro. fun seh. But mum say cannot go swimming. sad larh.

Today, I am going to write about a book written by Avi.
This book is called 'Sometimes I think I heard my name'.
It is kind of a romantic fiction although it can be kind of unrealistic at times.

A brief description about this book:
This book is mainly about a boy named Conrad Murray which is separated from his parents who were divorced. He lives with his aunt and uncle who cares for him.

This day, he had a strong feeling to visit his parents. However, his aunt and uncle had already planned to spend the vacation with his cousins in UK. Conrad was upset upon hearing that.

While he was picking up a ticket to England, he met upon a nice girl named Nancy. She studied in St Agnes in St Louis which is where the writer stay and lives in New York where the writer's parents lives. It happen that Nancy did not want to go to New York which the author wanted to go. The author went to Nancy's school to ask for a change of tickets. However, he failed.

His aunt began telling him the procedures for going to England. It also happens that he is going to new york. ................. read the book to find out wats next.

Food Poisoning

Recently, most of you should have know that there was a controversy of food poisoning in Geylang when many people are found to be sick and even dead after eating rojak from the particular stall.

This is simply appalling. This not only tarnish our hawker centre's reputation, it also affects the tourism. Think about the consequences. Because of one that could not be bothered for the hygiene for his stall, it resulted in death. The direct impact was already a serious one.

I suggest that NEA make it a law that stalls should put up their hygiene grade of the most updated one. Most people have a habit of taking a look at the hygiene grade and decided whether to order food. However, most stalls had played "cheat" and used their old grade instead. This causes two innocent lives to be taken away.

In my opinion, the stallholder must be severely punished of his acts that resulted in such a havoc and a inconvenience for his fellow stallholders. This deterred locals and tourists away from eating at this hawker centre. A twenty year time behind the bars and a heavy fine should do the job.

I also suggest that the goverment introduce a policy for 75% of a food court stalls to have at least a b grade or else be forced to close. NEA would allow half year for stalls to improve on their hygiene before they would check again. In other words, chances would be given. This could 'inspire' them to maintain clean in fear of closure. They would also help one another.

Back to the consequences, this may also affect Singapore's economy as there are lesser revenue for tourism which is caused by the tarnish of bad reputation for the hawker centres. They could link the Newton Food Centre Case with this one together and thus have the wrong perception that food in Singapore is expensive and dirty in Singapore.
